frequently asked questions
can i join your mail club anytime?
of course! however, sign-ups for each month close on the 1st at midnight PST. to receive a specific month’s mail, you’ll need to subscribe between the 2nd of the previous month and the 1st of that month. for instance, if you sign up on april 2nd, you’ll be all set to receive may's mail instead.
if i subscribe to your mail club, will the payments renew automatically each month?
yes, payments renew automatically each month, so once you’re signed up, you’ll keep getting my snail mail without having to do anything else. with that being said, you are always welcome to cancel or pause your subscription anytime.
can i get a refund after subscribing to the mail club?
if you decide to cancel your subscription before i send out your envelope for that month, i’ll be more than happy to issue a refund. once your envelope has been shipped though, refunds are unfortunately not available - but don’t worry, you won’t be charged for the next month if you cancel before then!
is tracking provided for your products?
unfortunately, i do not offer tracking for my mail club since these are letter-style envelopes being sent through regular mail, not standard packages. i'll let you know when your order is mailed out via email.
in addition, you will not be notified when your order is delivered, but it'll hopefully be a nice surprise for when it is :)
if your order includes three or more items (excluding sticker packs), tracking will be provided, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s on its way.
i haven't received my mail :(
unfortunately, snail mail can be slow or get lost. if you've waited past the estimated delivery time window, a replacement or store credit can be offered.
a replacement will only be offered once, so if it happens to get lost again, store credit will be issued to you. feel free to send me an email if either of these situation occurs.
how would i manage my subscription for the mail club?
you will need to create an account by signing in with your email. there, you will be able to see your orders, along with your subscription. you should also be able to manage your subscription through the confirmation email you receive when an order is placed. you are welcome to cancel or pause anytime you wish.
what if i need to update my address?
you can update your address through your account but it can sometimes takes a while to reflect the change so please email me and let me know as well :)
