Cancellation policy

the mushroom diaries mail club is offered to you as a subscription. this cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase.

when you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries every month. orders are mailed out depending on your initial order date. your payment details will be stored and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to cancel. if you want to cancel or pause your subscription, you can do it at any time through your customer account, which you will need to log in to if you want to manage your subscription.

snail mail may sometimes be slow or get lost. if you've waited past the estimated delivery time window, a replacement or store credit can be offered. a replacement will only be offered once, so if it happens to get lost again, store credit will be issued to you. please let me know if you have any questions through emailing daintypatterns2@gmail.com.
