welcome, and thank you for your interest in my products! by purchasing any items from dainty patterns, you agree to the following terms of service:

1. personal use only

all products are intended for personal use only. you must respect copyright protections. you may not resell, share, or use any of my products for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission. 

2. mail club

by subscribing to the mushroom diaries' mail club, you acknowledge being billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up until you cancel or pause your subscription. tracking is not offered since these are letter-style envelopes being sent through regular mail, not standard packages.

please note: once you are subscribed, payments renew automatically each month. for example, if you start your subscription on October 1, your next order will be processed on November 1. you are free to cancel or pause anytime! please refer to the faq or email me if you have any questions.

3. return policy

once your order has been shipped, i do not accept returns or refunds unless your mail has gotten lost. if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to me and we'll figure it out :)

4. intellectual property

all products, including stickers and designs, are protected by copyright laws. unauthorized distribution, duplication, or commercial use of any product is strictly prohibited.
